2. Hosting & site delivery
This website is a static site served from GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and cached at the edge via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, technical connection data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested URL) is processed by these infrastructure providers in order to deliver the page and protect against attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely and performantly). We use no analytics or tracking services, and we set no cookies that would require your consent.
3. Contact form (Formspark + Botpoison)
If you use the contact form on our site, the information you provide (name, email address, tour dates, message, optional additional services selected, and any additional free-text information) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Technically, this is implemented with two services:
- Formspark (Ctrl H B.V., Netherlands): receives the form submission and forwards it to us by email. See Formspark's privacy policy.
- Botpoison (Ctrl H B.V., Netherlands): cookie-free spam protection. On submit, a cryptographic challenge/response is computed in your browser and sent along with the form. See Botpoison's privacy policy.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and in preventing spam). Data is retained for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry or to satisfy statutory retention periods.
4. Fonts
We use the typefaces Inter and Archivo, served directly from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font CDN.
5. Your rights
You are entitled, at any time, to:
- access the personal data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have your data erased or processing restricted (Art. 17, 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
